We offer free shipping via UPS 2nd Day Air.
Shipments are processed Monday through Friday only (excluding weekends and holidays) and are dispatched directly from our U.S. warehouse. The order cut-off time is 5:00 PM PST Monday–Friday.
Please make a comprehensive judgment on the delivery time of different products based on the product page and customer service feedback. We will also indicate products that may have delivery delays on the details page of each product; please pay attention to check this information. Placing an order will be deemed as your acknowledgment and acceptance of this situation.
Our records show that 95% of orders can be delivered on time within 3-4 workdays. However, please note that we do not guarantee delivery timelines. As is common knowledge, there is still a small chance that your parcel may be delivered late due to force majeure events, such as severe weather, traffic congestion, temporary technical failures, etc.
